Her credentials include being a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC-S) [Approved Supervisor], National Certified Counselor (NCC), Certified School Counselor (CSC), Principal, & Special Education Teacher, with eight years of teaching experience, and nine years of corporate consulting experience. Kaiesha's counseling approach is Adlerian Therapy, with a mixture of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Adlerian Theory is based on the belief that behavior arises in subconscious efforts to compensate for inferiority and that psychological illness results from overcompensation for the perceived inferiority. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is a highly structured psycho-therapeutic method used to alter distorted attitudes and problem behavior by identifying and replacing negative inaccurate thoughts and changing the rewards for behaviors.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S), Kaiesha encourages her clients to challenge self-defeating perceptions, so that growth & change can occur.
